Forms and delivery times

Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

Prices, Expenses and Taxes

To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.

Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.


No product handled by the customer in misuse, breakage, etc. will be changed or paid for; otherwise, all warranty will be lost. In the event of a defective product, the shipping costs will be charged to Luesma & Vega. In all other cases, these will be assumed by the client. If the cancellation of the order is communicated prior to its shipment, the client will be exempt from any expense. In case of replacement of a product, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although in any case an improved version or model, since the products are subject to continuous improvement. The user must inform Luesma & Vega of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The buyer has a 2-year warranty, which will come into force taking into account the purchase date detailed on the sales invoice.

Luesma & Vega is not responsible for damages caused by products modified or manipulated by the client or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; as well as due to improper use, manipulation and/or apparent signs of incorrect treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by Luesma & Vega, attaching the purchase document (delivery note or invoice).

If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a strong box with sufficient size to allow the introduction of the equipment with ease; It is recommended that the customer introduce sufficient protective material (bubble wrap or paper or foam bags, etc.) under, over and around the product, in order to prevent any movement of the product within the packaging.

Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation or defects derived from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors such as atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental falls or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by Luesma & Vega.
